0000042: GET return problem

Description

Reported by "Thor" via the contact form...

"I found a little issue for my server. Nothing got leaded, because at line 316
ini_get('allow_url_fopen') didn't return "off" or on, but 1.

Atually curl should work on ky server too, but I didn't spent time on figuring out why it didn't.

Consider using WP-XHTTP class. It' rather slow, but will work around any users "GET" Problems."
